We, the undersigned petition,Tony Arbour,GLA Member for South West London and the London Assembly to oppose
the Mayor\'s plan to narrow the viewing corridor to St.Paul\'s Cathedral from King Henry\'s Mound in Richmond Park and to seek statutory protection of this iconic view, one of the glorys of London,in perpetuity.
The feedback regarding the cultural significance of the King Henry's Mound vista has been enlightening. I am currently preparing a formal brief for the London Assembly to explain why this corridor requires permanent statutory protection.

This view has been around for hundreds of years. London is losing all its character to these massive glass boxes. Enough is enough.

Dont let them ruin the skyline. That view is one of the only things that makes London feel like London.

Protect it now before it is gone forever. Once the tower goes up you cant take it down.

Absolutely ridiculous plan. Why on earth would they even consider messing with such an iconic part of our history? STOP IT.
