We ask you to sign this petition and save your community within W 22nd Street- Mary Beth Ave S, and W Stoney Creek of Sioux Falls. If it can happen in our community it can happen in others!

We seek to stop the rezoning of an office/residential parcel from becoming eligible for multi family zoning (work/live zone) and given the clearance to build apartment complexes. The parcels sit at the face of a single family dwelling, multi-million dollar community. The developer, seeks to change the zoning and build apartment complexes. This would change the structure from single family community / office to a mix of multi family and single family dwellings.

A list of possible issues from community members, lawyers, and realtors include:

Community Loss Issues - *Children’s Safety Issues - *Water Issues - Community Safety Issues- Infrastructure and Damage Issues - Building Height Issues - ZONING Issues - Peeping Tom Issues - Privacy Issues - Dog Waste Issues - Clogging Issues - Density Issues - Car and Truck Traffic Issues - Waste Issues - Exploitation Issues - Economical Issues - Housing Appraisal and Further Shortage Issues - Aesthetic Issues - Community Face Issues - and many more

**Please sign this petition to stop the damaging rezoning
