William Huff was convicted in 1967 of brutally killing two 6-year-old girls and sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the State of Arizona of up to life. This means he became eligible for parole and was released to the Tucson community in 2016 by the Board of Clemency in Arizona. Huff is a violent offender and his history of brutality. Although he is under court supervision, he is a high risk to the community and his presence in Tucson is causing great concern that he will re-offend. Huff was paroled once before in the 1980s and was ultimately returned to prison with the help of then Arizona Governor Bruce Babbit after the community expressed their outrage regarding Huff's release. We can do this again! We can have Huff returned to custody and protect our community from him. Please sign this petition to show Governor Ducey that Huff needs to be in custody where he cannot harm anyone else.
A crime of this brutallity and magnitude is done by a sociopath, who has no conscience and therefore is incapable of being rehabilitated and will likey offend again.
