Ever since May 1st 2014, when IAL took over the contract to ship military member's cars, military servicemen and women are enduring an atrocious amount of stress. Cars can't be tracked, aren't being delivered on time and are getting damaged, paperwork is lost and vehicles are left unlocked in unsecured "overflow lots". Service members and their families' attempts of getting in contact with local VPCs, customer service hotlines, or the claims department to find out about the whereabouts of their vehicles have failed! Cars have been transported to incorrect Ports and VPCs and are getting stuck for weeks, and sometimes even months. A military move (PCS) is a stressful time for our men and women in uniform, not being able to get their POVs delivered in a timely manner shouldn't be one of them! Families are having to rely on public transportation or expensive rental cars at a time where their POVs are needed the most, to get situated at their new duty stations. It is unacceptable that every attempt of calling the company is failing and customers are left in the dark. IAL is failing in many ways to an extreme and neglecting the reasonable needs from their customers. This is proven in the form of untrained staff, helpless customer service representatives, administrative assistants that don't know the company concept, to truck drivers that are hired to move valuable vehicles across country without having to undergo any background checks, drug tests or even interviews! By revoking the contract and giving it back to the previous company "AAL", problems would be resolved in a timely manner and future POV shipments would go back to flowing nicley with minimal issues, just like they did before the contract change, This would make our service men and women's transition to their new duty stations, to serve our country, a lot easier.

Seeing one hundred people sign this gives me hope that we can finally hold these people accountable. My family still struggles with the damage to our own car but knowing I am not alone in this fight makes all the difference.

Seeing this community grow fills me with hope because I know exactly how much damage these delays cause to families during a PCS move. The pressure is finally building against this company and we are proving that these service members will not be ignored any longer.

My own family felt this same stress when our car vanished during our last move and I know many of you are hurting just as much. We are nearing the hundred signature mark so please push this link out to your fellow service members right now. We need the people in charge to see that our families will not accept this neglect any longer.

We dealt with the company at the very beginning of their contract, when we went OCONUS. They were completely disorganized and it was near chaos. 4 years later, we returned and they are still disorganized and incompetent.

Worst ever i am compasionate reassigned to charleston, SC. I waited 3 horrible months for my SUV to arrived with Mold inside the vehicle, battery dead, and one of my tires flat. They told me company doesnt fix my tires or replace battery however they tried to clean mold. Worst experience ever.

They are awful and are not doing their jobs to help the military member to continue to focus on the mission. They will not take responsibility for cars they have damaged and offer less than half of an estimate from a body shop to have the car repaired to the state it was given to them in.

IAL unsurprisingly busted my RDD date and then gave me the run around when I contacted them about getting a rental car set up. This company is nothing but highway robbery. Revoke their contract.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I still dont know where my car is. I've been told it is in two different locations and that it has been retured to the owner. There is no maintenance history and www.pcsmypov.com has the the wrong car listed as mine!!

We dropped my car off on June 12 in Wiesbaden, Germany and haven't heard a thing. Going on 3 months now without any sign of my car. Our calls are not answered...we are feeling frustrated and helpless!

Just got our car back with damage that is consistent with story after story after story. I'm disgusted they are still using this company. They need to go.
