Just got our car back with damage that is consistent with story after story after story. I'm disgusted they are still using this company. They need to go.

Fire IAL and go back with the last company that actually cared for the military vehicles.

Incredibly inefficient process with no transparency. Next time I will pay out of pocket to ship my POV as opposed to dealing with this again.

This company has been terrible to work with. PCSing families dont need the added stress of dealing with such a shady place.

Took our car out of 3 year (Military) storage in Dallas. Car was bought 3 years before and in perfect condition. We waited 3 hours yesterday and each time they kept telling us the battery was no good so they were working on it knowing damn well that was a lie and they were trying to fix it and get it to drive. When we finally got the car back it had a donut on it and barely moving! Where is the tires I replaced only months before storing it? Window on the front was broken and could only roll down. They sent us to a shop to check it out, the car wouldn't start and broke down less than 5 minutes after getting off the lot! Drove another 7 minutes at 30 mph for it to break down again. Had to leave it at a mechanic overnight for them to take a look at it. I am pissed. They keep sending reports of check ups in storage knowing damn well they were not taking care of it! Saying it was stored inside but yet it had leaves on it!!!! I am beyond pissed. My husband stored his car at his parents and it is in way better condition than mine! My engine sounds like it is about to fall out! The mechanic says our car is totalled. We had to tow it from Dallas to Houston yesterday, hubby has to check in for work October 1st, it is a 32 hour drive and we don't have a car nor a way to take our stuff across state..who can we contact

We dealt with the company at the very beginning of their contract, when we went OCONUS. They were completely disorganized and it was near chaos. 4 years later, we returned and they are still disorganized and incompetent.

Hopeless customer service. Slow to deliver. Two months to ship a car is unacceptable.

Can’t get the company to respond in a timely manner about my car that was delivered with mechanical issues that it didn’t have when I dropped it off.

The IAL Claims department is staffed with unprofessional and dishonest individuals. My vehicle was recently shipped from Germany to LA. Apparently someone decided to throw a party in my car, destroying my stereo unit, speakers blown out and multiple scratches from attempts to cover up the damages. After providing the office with photographic evidence, initial inspection forms all proving my claims, their response was disingenuous politeness and sarcastic emails. I’m handling the issue with JAG, very confident on a favorable outcome. Military Family members deal with multiple challenges when moving every 2-3 years, some difficulties inherently come with the job, but it’s not fair nor necessary to have to deal with a 3rd rate dishonest company such as IAL.

This company is the worst by far. They damaged my vehicle and is only willing to pay 1/4 the price it cost to fix it. Soldiers and their families deserve better. Change needs to happen soon

IAL damaged mr car. The reviewing person is very rude and incompetent. He denied the damage and his argument is based on lies with no circumventional values. I am tiered of going back and forth with such an idiot person. Warriors deserve better honorable moving company to support their stressful PCS move. This company is a disservice to Americas Best. Please revoke IAL contract, service member deserve better service than this valueless moving company.

This contractor is a terrible. My wife dropped our car off about 3-4 weeks after they were receiving vehicles for storage. Cars on the lot were parked inches away from each other. Two weeks before my wife dropped off the vehicle, IAL's website said to have a full tank even though the former contractor advised us to have 1/4 tank. When she arrived with a full tank, she was refused and told that wasn't their policy (Liars from the beginning). So, she paid to have the tank drained. What's worse is the state of my vehicle when I returned. I was told my vehicle was in a climate controlled storage facility. However, I left them a new, clean, and recently detailed vehicle and received my vehicle with caked on dirt in the engine compartment, body and paint damages to my front bumper, hole through my engine compartment sound proofing, rodent feces inside my vehicle cabin, dirty passenger seat (when nobody is authorized to sit in any other seat in the car) and take-out containers in my car. WTF....!!!!!
