19 year old Jarvis Durr was charged with rape and armed robbery of a business. Followed by a televised stand-off with Jackson Police Department. He was taken into custody and several weeks later released on 100K bail ($10K)- He was not given house arrest or anything. He is free to roam the streets of Jackson, MS and terrorize our city. Unfortunately our "system" has re-victimized the victim. She's afraid to leave her home. Because of his acts, she is now the prisoner. HELP US GET JARVIS DURR OFF THE STREETS OF JACKSON.. Please sign this petition saying that revictimization is UNFAIR and UNJUST and JARVIS DURR is a threat to society.
