The momentum behind our request for Matt Curcio to return to eXp remains steady and impressive. This response confirms the high professional regard in which he is held by his colleagues.

When I was new to exp and as a fellow NJ agent, Matt always made himself available to me to answer questions. That was of great value enabling me to get up to speed quickly, ethically and in compliance

If it is not...Due Process should become an eXp Realty Core Value. This is America after all. The absence of due process, if true, is very disturbing...

Matt is a true mentor, a stand up guy, and his treatment from eXp higher ups has been horrible. Many of us have questioned how they could not go up against the other brokerage involved. Would they even have ANY of our backs?

We would like to have an opportunity to respond and fight our case if something arises with our name mentioned in it especially if it’s a life altering decision. The reason I came to this company was because eXp has a culture of putting the agent first and cares for the agent. Through thick and thin.

Matt is one of the most respected associate brokers in New Jersey and didn’t even know why he was being terminated and was never given a chance to defend himself. He has done nothing but help eXp and one of our strongest leaders and he deserves to be a part of this company.

Matt was a huge part of my decision to join eXp. I was excited to learn from someone who has such a vast amount of experience and knowledge in the real estate field. Echoing some of my colleagues, I definitely feel a bit isolated since his departure. Matt is an invaluable asset to eXp and I know I’m not alone in saying that he should be brought back immediately!
