Chad is a great coach. His X’s and O’s are amazing, but the rapport he builds with the players is second to none. He knows how to get players to commit. Hiring Chad allows for Ellet to truly compete for the city championship every year.
He was my assistant high school coach of my 2011-2012 senior year of East High school. Though he was my assistant, he was the entire brain of the operation. He was Pat Riley of the Miami heat. He took out team to be ranked 7 in division basketball. He out coached every single team we played.
Chad is an excellent choice for head basketball coach. He coached my son for two years in AAU. My son learned so much and developed into a wonderful basketball player. I know Chad had a huge part in development Colts skills.
My son has played for coach Hazard for 3 years now. He’s great with the kids and we are lucky to have him as our coach. Please don’t change the chemistry this team has- keep coach Hazard!
Chad is a great basketball mind, and an even better person. I am the men’s basketball graduate assistant at Youngstown State University and I know a high school coach who has the best interest for the kids they coach when I see them!

He was a standout player at Barberton and has been a standout coach for Ellet HS. Chad has brought so much to the Ellet program and to see how much the basketball program has grown under his guidance should be all you need to jeep him as head coach!
