I really did not think this would take off like it has when I first started typing this out in a total panic. Seeing all these people jump in to back coach Juarez makes my head spin and honestly it reminds me why I even started the squad in the first place.

I am a first generation VAS alumni and he was an amazing coach. Humble and devoted to the youth he coaches. He balanced all his duties with grace and finesse where others would get frustrated and overwhelmed. He deserves his position because he is the ONLY one qualified for it.
Coach Juarez is recognized at the state and national level in the cheerleading community. He is all about the kids. Being a strong family man would be enough to qualify him for the position but to add to it he is an exemplary Cheer and Tumbling coach. He has earned the trust of his school community, hometown, and valley communties. He is the go to guy and he was replaced? Doesn't make sense. I'm signing because his kids want him back and because he is a humble man of service. I wouldn't doubt the loyalty to his kids for a second.
He is a great coach. My daughter started when she was 3yrs old on March 3 she will be signing letter of intent on a cheer scholarship.
The first male cheerleader and instructor to teach me! He is a respective role model to not only the valley but Texas and nation! Not utilizing his talent which brings out the best in children is rediculous and wasteful!
I don't understand why he would be replaced by someone who distributed wine coolers to dance team at Economedes HS. Why would EE want this for their students???? Politics for sure!

My dad is THE BEST CHEER COACH IN THE ENTIRE VALLEY! Cheerleading in the valley would not exist if it wasn't for him! Taking away a program he gave a meaning to and making it seem like he is undeserving of this program is cruel and wrong. Whether this allows my dad to coach EEHS Cheer again or not, I'll always be his biggest supporter!!!
