Hello everyone, First of all we would like to state that this petition is not meant to racist in anyway. We hold the professional Russian DotA2 players in high regard, but in public matchmaking, due to high number of Russian players, they are unbearable to play with. Most of them don't even speak English, they have poor decision making skills, are uncoordinated and don't even try to improve they just make the same mistakes over and over again even if you explain to them what they are doing wrong. DotA 2 is a team-play based game where communication is highly important so having 1-3 players on your team that don't speak English on a European server is highly annoying . Most of them just swear at you when asking them questions, that's how we learned the wonderful words of bljat and cyka. In the many games that we have played we only met a handful of Russian players that actually were willing to communicate with the team. So in conclusion we would like to ask Valve to restrict the Russian ips to the Russian DotA 2 servers to improve the overall gaming experience on EU servers.
