The Travis Ranch community has seen an increasing number of investors purchasing houses for the purpose of renting. We would like to restrict the number of new house allowed to be used for this purpose. We will need 67% of homeowners to pass this.

I honestly did not think we would gain this much steam so quickly but here we are and my inbox is just exploding with notifications. It feels like the whole neighborhood is finally waking up to the same frustrations I have been feeling for months about these investors taking over our street.

Please limit and enforce the amount of rentals. Place deed restrictions on new transfers/sales that require a year or 2 waiting period before the home can be leased.

I favor limiting rental properties and feel Developer is aiding the investors to keep property sales up and the vote of actual home owners out of meetings

I’m for restricting investment rentals and those which are government-subsidized housing

Please help us with this issue. Was amongst the first homeowners. Almost everyone who moved in after me had to sell their home because of this issue. We all know the issues at hand. Please help fix it.

I have neighbor(rental house) on Johnson City Avenue , keeps on throwing trash into my yard ; used diapers , feminine materials , all kinds of stuff. So, I'm signing out experience.

I have thought this was detrimental to our neighborhood for awhile. I am so hopeful this can happEn, but I was under the impression that the developers who own most of the land would out vote the residents. They only care about money not people in Travis Ranch.

These investors need to be stopped so the trash people stop moving in and committing crimes

Please stop renting to just anyone so the area could be safe for children not saying that everyone is bad but they bring the people with them.
