Governor Nixon, we ask you to release the State Aid funding for libraries and REAL appropriations for Internet connectivity for libraries that you have withheld for FY 15. If you can find the funds to restore subsidies for city stadiums, surely there are funds for libraries. These monies are to provide Summer Reading programs for children and Internet for rural communities that cannot get broadband Internet to the home. Thank you.
it awful that we have to beg our governor to release funds that were already appropriated for libraries. Gov. Nixon that money belongs to the tax payers. Libraries are very important to communities for many different reasons. Put the money back to what it was supposed to be used for.

If the state does not have the income to fund all of it's committments, cuts should be made across the board at a fixed percentage. Any other way is unfair.
