Governor Nixon, we ask you to release the State Aid funding for libraries and REAL appropriations for Internet connectivity for libraries that you have withheld for FY 15. If you can find the funds to restore subsidies for city stadiums, surely there are funds for libraries. These monies are to provide Summer Reading programs for children and Internet for rural communities that cannot get broadband Internet to the home.
