We are opposed to Governor Strickland's plan to drastically cut the Public Library Fund (PLF). These cuts would effect all of Ohio's libraries and, if approved, would have devastating results. We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who oppose these cuts and want to keep strong libraries in our state. We urge our leaders to act now to make sure these cuts are not approved.

The consistent growth of this petition demonstrates the deep value that Ohioans place on our public library system. This momentum provides a clear mandate as we prepare to present these concerns to state leadership.
