Greetings Sorors of Alpha Gamma Xi Military Sorority, Inc., Since June 1, 2018 has come and Soror Cici Browne has taken over as President, the organization has been in disarray. She has tried to publicly humiliate two of our Sorors that were on National Council, one of them which is no longer, for reasons the sorority was not told. I believe this entire organization has gotten out of hand and it seems that the EBOD has taken over daily operations which should not be the case.
1. If Soror Shaunte Crochran was brought back to the sorority and to the National Council, Soror Tangi Smith should be as well. Both Sorors did the same exact thing, and both should be treated the same.
2. Soror Cici Browne should be asked to step down as National President. She has shown she has no leadership skills, she is not personable, and has shown such dislike for members on National Council. Soror Browne went to another organization's function and caused drama. She has constantly tried to shine a light on what other Sorors have done to take the light off her and her actions. As head of the organization the President should know when to fall on the sword, but she does not, the President should know when to stand down and not pass information that should stay in the lines of National Council, Soror Browne has not done that. It seems that the EBOD is allowing this behavior to go on, and it is time for the Sorority to take a stand.
The Sorority is supposed to represent the whole and not just the few. So let the body of the organization speak up and not let just a few continue to bring us down
Please Sorors, if you believe that Soror Browne is not the right person for this job, sign this petition. Our organization has fallen too far down, do not let her continue to drag us down.

I absolutely stand loyal with my sorors/sisters in solidarity as they have stood with me. Rules, regulations and bylaws should apply to each and every soror equally, unbiased and void of personal feelings.
Their are those that are in positions that have a mind of their own and will rise to the challenge to move this organization forward. Then their are those who are puppets to members of the Organization and remain at the beck and call of those said members which continue to keep the organization Stagnant. CiCi is the latter of the 2. She has shown herself to NOT be her Sisters' keeper in sharing a video about something that could've probably been handled with a mediator if she didn't feel comfortable speaking to her Sister 1 on 1. I would really find that hard to believe since they should've been like a hand and glove TEAM as the President and VP of the Organization. We have lost our way from our 5 Pillars and certainly with the Diamond Declaration. Right now I see them as just words on a piece of paper. The foundation is steadily sinking while some folks are trying to remain and have faith that things will get better. I'm not sure with the person that we have in the position as the National Pressident.
It doesn’t make sense.
Fair treatment for all of the Sorors involved. Our name is tarnished among other orgs.... and it’s embarrassing. We are better than this.
Everyone involved in the chaos and issues need to receive adequate discipline. We cannot continue to make rules as we go along. Fairness across the board is necessary. We need to remove all negative issues and move forward in positivity.
Does not have the capabilities of a leader.
Not fit to lead.

Not sure if this petition will ultimately make a difference, but I believe we should ask for a meeting with the Founder's and let it be known our concern on the matter involving the mishaps of our current AGXI President. Cici Browne has shown she does not possess the leadership capabilities to carry this organization forward and grow it. As a leader, you lead by example and your actions should reflect as such.
