Petition for Resignation of Rogue Directors of Eagle Forum
WHEREAS, Anne Cori, Eunie Smith, Cathie Adams, Carolyn McLarty, Shirley Curry, and Rosina Kovar, united by their support of Ted Cruz and opposition to Donald Trump, secretly held conference calls as they plotted to take over Eagle Forum;
WHEREAS, in early April Phyllis Schlafly then specifically asked each of these six rogue directors to resign, but they refused and several even avoided returning her phone calls;
WHEREAS, the conduct of these rogue directors subsequently caused the waste of hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees, with massive additional legal fees continuing to accrue;
WHEREAS, each of these rogue directors failed to attend the important "Life of the Party" pro-life event in July, despite how it was attended by more than 400 others;
WHEREAS, the rogue directors even blocked payment of expenses by Eagle Forum for this event, despite how Eagle Forum had provided funding for it at past conventions;
WHEREAS, each of the rogue directors also failed to attend the annual Missouri Eagle Forum event in June, despite being in town and without apologizing for their absence;
WHEREAS, a leader of the rogue directors worked with enemies of Phyllis to try to block her from becoming a delegate to the convention, but they failed in their attempt;
WHEREAS, the rogue directors have refused to answer basic questions about their scheme, the secret source of their funding for legal fees, and what promises they made to obtain that funding;
WHEREAS, at this pivotal time it is essential that Eagle Forum have directors who comply with Phyllis Schlafly's requests, who attend and support her meetings, who are candid with others, and who do not interfere with funding of pro-life events; and
WHEREAS, with so much urgent conservative work that needs to be done, Phyllis Schlafly should not continue to be burdened by rogue directors who persist in running up immense legal bills, and who attempt to install as Executive Director someone who fails to write or speak out publicly against abortion --
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the undersigned hereby call on each of the six rogue directors to resign immediately; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Phyllis Schlafly's choice of successors replace the rogue directors, pursuant to the Bylaws.

It is appalling that the Gang of 6 is continuing to attempt this unconscionable takeover and which is costing Eagle Forum so much in money and time. Ed Martin is doing a fabulous job and these 6 rogue board members need to resign immediately!!
Tragic that instead of making changes through the board you rogue 6 PLUS secretly schemed against Phyllis and handed Eagle Forum's future over to judicial control. Your only moral move now is to resign, and quickly.
If they disagree so strongly with Phyllis, their obligation is to resign from Eagle Forum. Phyllis's political and personnel judgements have been verified by the results of the primary and the success of the RNC platform and the RNC for Life luncheon.
As a donor to Eagle Forum, I can say decisively that my money was to support Phyllis's work. The Anne Gang should be sued for breach of fiduciary duty to use donations for the stated purposes Phyllis Schlafly and Eagle Forum.
Why not start your own organization rather than take over the one that Phyllis has spent her life building? She has the right to continue her legacy and you should resign and leave her and other followers alone. Get you own group.

I feel blessed to have been selected President of Eagle Forum Montana. I have met Phyllis Schlafly and most to the other Presidents in the past. It saddens me to see such petty pandering work to destroy the grand efforts that Phyllis has fought for. God Bless Phyllis Schlafly and those that support her.
