Request for Rescheduling the SPGM meeting to be held on 06 December 2020 6pm TO MORNING HOURS

After getting responses from members of our Society in the group to consider rescheduling the meeting on December 06th in the morning hours or any other Sunday during the morning hours, it is important that our responses reach managing committee. We cannot have conventional methods of taking signatures & giving hard copy as this involves risk given this Covid 19 pandemic.
Hence we urge you to sign this petition latest by 02nd December. Results of this petition will be given to committee in hard copy and will be displayed on this group as well.

I have been hearing from so many of you who find the evening schedule impossible for your households. I am currently compiling all your building and flat numbers to present a clear case to the committee about why a morning slot is necessary for everyone's safety.

The response from our neighbors has been overwhelming and it shows how many of us truly struggle with the current meeting time. This momentum proves that the committee needs to listen to our request for a safer and more convenient schedule.

During this Pandemic circumstances, it would cause grave inconvenience to members who reside outside the premises of society to travel late hours in the evening specially women. Further, care for senior citizens should also be ensured since some of them would have their health schedules to be followed. Hence it is advisable to have meeting be conducted on the morning hours
10 B / 23 Request for all meetings to be held during Morning hours only. It's important that we provide the right opportunity for every member to attend the meeting. Convening in evening hours running into late hours is inconvenient to senior citizens, and members staying outside.

sgm meeting scheduled on 6th December 2020 at6pm is not convenient being senior member. Request to reschedule on the same day at 10.30am in the morning. Or fix on 13/12/2020 at 10.30pm
