The sheer volume of people reaching out with their own stories of ignored plans is overwhelming and honestly heartbreaking. It is exhausting to keep fighting for basic legal requirements yet seeing this growing momentum proves we are not alone in this struggle.

It's been 20 yrs since my last battle with CH Schools and their defiance to follow Fed Law! Disgraceful!
From someone who's struggled with Cherry Hill Public Schools' IEP and 504 boards, I understand how hard it is to get them to enforce it.
This situation happens in many districts in NJ. Best wishes for a speedy resolution.
schools should follow the law!

My daughter has an IEP it's a constant fight to get the school to do anything
