Hello, we the international students in latvia due to the fact of emergency imposed, are batteling from the shortage of finicial means of support to pay our rent for accomodation,while everything is shut down no one is able to go to work and earn bread and butter, even some of us are struggling to carry on with daily groceries needs, therefore we have taken this initiative of signing this petition electronically to help our voices reach to the GOVT of INDIA and LATVIA and to the goverments of other international student's respective goverments.
