The council is keeping their distance but the lack of an actual reason for dropping Burnside Park feels pretty loud in its own right. I have been spending my nights digging through their old meeting minutes because looking at how they switch priorities on a whim is honestly exhausting.

I really cannot believe how many people are showing up for this track because honestly it felt like shouting into a void at first. It makes me feel like the council actually ignored something way bigger than they thought they could get away with. Maybe now they will finally realize that we are paying attention to their little games.

Ridiculous how the council just ignores the people who actually use the facilities. Give us our track back.
QEII was a massive loss for the whole city. At least put the replacement somewhere decent like Burnside.
My kids need somewhere to train properly. The current situation is just not good enough for a city like ours.
The city keeps dragging its feet on this. We need a proper track back for our kids, Burnside is the only place that makes sense.
Burnside park is perfect for it. Stop wasting time and get it done already.

So many athletes waiting on this. It was supposed to be a priority but now nothing. Sort it out council!!!!
