Let's petition Compass Rock Real Estate to replace Mac Gray as our laundry service. After having a problem with the washers, dryers and/or card machine every single time I try to do laundry in my building, I started asking around. It seems that the majority of tenants are quite unhappy. It was also brought to my attention that our card machines no longer accept credit cards and many are not pleased by this development. This is an important amenity to have in working condition, and if Mac Gray can't deliver, I'm sure another company can. Let's ask Compass Rock to find a new option.
