PETITION: WASHING MACHINE PROBLEMS IN STUDENT ACCOMMODATION
To: Accommodation Management
We, the residents of the accommodation, would like to formally raise a serious concern regarding the washing machines provided for student use.
The washing machines are currently causing significant problems for residents. They do not clean clothes properly and, in some cases, permanently stain or dye clothes during the washing process. As a result, students are losing their clothes and are being forced to spend additional money replacing items that have been damaged by the machines.
This issue is currently affecting everyone in the accommodation, making it a widespread concern rather than an isolated incident.
We respectfully request that management urgently investigate the condition and operation of the washing machines and take appropriate action. This could include repairing or replacing the faulty machines and ensuring that the laundry facilities are properly maintained and safe to use.
Students should be able to use the provided facilities without the risk of their clothing being permanently damaged.
We therefore ask management to treat this matter as a matter of urgency and provide a solution that will benefit all residents.
We, the undersigned residents, support this petition and request immediate action regarding the washing machines.

The struggle of washing with only 2 or 3 machines is so draining. I mean almost 300 people only use 2 or 3 machines

Since I came here I've washed 4 times and the other times I had to go home its been really expensive
