This petition is regarding the strict, application of city ordinance of Jeffersonville City Zoning Ordinance for LED lighting exterior, lighting standards. (LT) seven chapter 7.16 lighting standard.
A. All lighting must be shielded w/o paque material to prevent direct lighting on Streets, alleys, or adjacent properties.
B. All lighting elements used to cast light on building facades, features on signs must have cut off lumaries at 90 degree downward angle.
C. All lights within a single development must be consistent in height, color, design, size throughout development.
