B. All lighting elements used to cast light on building facades, features on signs must have cut off lumaries at 90 degree downward angle.
C. All lights within a single development must be consistent in height, color, design, size throughout development.

I have been going door to door to show neighbors the specific lights affected by this ordinance and the response has reinforced why I started this effort. The city planners are reviewing my formal inquiry now and I will let you know as soon as they provide a clear answer regarding these requirements.

Seeing this kind of momentum confirms that I am not the only person frustrated by these rigid lighting rules. It means a lot to know so many of you want to keep our properties lit just like I do.

its a nice accent for the building dont see how it hurts anyone at all
The city has better things to focus on than a few lights. Leave them alone.
The lights look GREAT... No reason she should have to take them down.
PLEASE Keep the thai colored neon lights!!

THESE LIGHTS ARE BEAUTIFUL!! Jeffersonville needs more stuff like this not less. ridiculous rule.
