We the people of the United States no longer stand for such unconstituional and privacy-invading laws. The United States Patriot Act invades privacy by allowing the United States government to search voicemails with a search warrant instead of a Title III Wiretap Order, allows government to invade public library take-outs, allows the Federal Bureau of Investigation to telephone, email, and financial records without a court order, and overall violate the 4th amendment to the United States Constitution.
This petition acts as a manifestation, a voice, that the citizens of the United States want to have the United States Patriot Act repealed.
