We the people of the United States of America demand to have explained to us why the National Security Agency has been collecting information on American’s without a warrant, Whereas, we find those persons who conspired to violate the privacy of Americans, lie to avoid appropriate & legitimate oversight, and withhold knowledge of such programs as: unbecoming of a public official, usurpation of power [by secretly and unaccountably subverting the democratic processes of law], and crimes most severe against the people, Do hereby petition: that our federal government agencies be brought to heel, Do hereby pray: against such lawlessness, the blatant disregard for the rule of law and the highest law of our land enshrined in the constitution, and do hereby affirm we will either: 1. vote against those elected officials who have provided support to such programs in the next election or 2. will boycott the election in protest.
