We the Citizens of the United States declare our right to proclaim against the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (H.R. 3523) that was introduced by United States Representative Michael Rogers (MI-R) on November 30, 2011. This bill infringes our right to exercise free speech and to hold self evident truth that the bill does not define "cyber threat intelligence" in a correct format. This also infringes the privacy of all Americans, alien or naturalized, to have companies to spy on Americans via mail, telecommunications, etc. We will like this bill to removed immediately from the House.
I have spent this week drafting formal letters to the representatives currently reviewing this legislation. Please be assured that your ongoing interest in this matter provides necessary backing for these communications.

The momentum behind this initiative indicates a profound level of public concern regarding the implications of the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act. I appreciate the dedication shown by those who have helped draw attention to these critical privacy issues.
