There are more smokers then nonsmokers in Clinton. I see businesses closing down because of the smoke free environment for example bars, bars make money by letting the people smoke and socialize which in return makes them money , if you take away smoking less people will want to socialize in a bar.
Second hand smoke is not as dangerous as everyone thinks. Research shows that a non-smoker that breathes in second hand smoke will not get cancer unlike a smoker. Let us repeal the smoke ban so businesses don't get shut down and people can actually do something other than sit at home.
