total nonsense. bars are supposed to be for adults and if u dont like smoke u can just stay home.
Freedom of choice. If an owner wants a smoking bar let them have it.
Small businesses are struggling enough without these crazy rules. Bring back the choice.
Its their property. Why should the state tell a business owner how to run their place? Let the customers decide if they want to go in or not.
ridiculous. the gov is killing these bars. just let the owners run their own places like they did for years

I miss the old days when I could have a drink and a smoke at my local tavern. Keep the government out of my business!
