We followed the UK government website which stated to stay where we were and not travel. Suddenly the order was given to return home, but it was too late and the flights were either grounded or booked full!
Both my daughters are stuck. They had flights booked that were within the date announced by UAE Aviation Authorities. But the flights with Emirates were cancelled. Said phone to rebook don’t think so at $19000+!!!
I am a young asthmatic girl, who came to travel Australia. My flight dates 25th March has been cancelled and I am now stranded with little money and little medication. I need to get out of this country ASAP and be home with my family. Thanks!
Was pretty much told by the British department of foreign affairs that it wasn't there problem and that there wasn't anything they could do to help me stuck in Sydney. This isn't good enough! I'm a qualified Biomedical Scientist who is needed in the labs at home!
Stuck in Australia with sick family back home in Scotland. We have lost our jobs, have to leave our Airbnb 30th March with nowhere to stay and nobody to ask. Spent all our savings on flights which have been cancelled with no refunds.
Please help get British citizens home from Australia.

Respective governments have made decisions, they are prepared to spend Billions on Stimulus packages, as well as hundreds of millions supporting airlines survival, It's time start chartering flights to get citizens home and call it part of the deal they have already committed to.
