We all live in this community together and it's time we take a stand together. Road repairs are essential to ensuring the safety of motorists and pedestrians in our park. This is a safety concern for traffic safety as well as poses serious risk for damage to ALL motor vehicles and seeing there is no sidewalks, this is also a danger for anybody on a bike/scooter.
Time and time again we see the new homes be installed, and their driveways paved in a matter of days.
Our lot fee is supposed to go towards the upkeep of the integrity of the park. These roads scare away newcomers as well, so this should be considered with all the new builds being put in as well.
THE REQUEST IS SIMPLE: WE WANT ALL OF OUR ROADS REPAIRED AND THAT INCLUDES: REPAVING, POTHOLE FILLING, ETC.
PLEASE SIGN IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE THIS POSITIVE CHANGE MADE FOR THE WOODLANDS COMMUNITY.

Seeing all the new names showing up on this list has me feeling like we might actually get someone to listen for once. It is honestly wild how quickly this whole thing has spiraled into something real especially since I was worried nobody would care about some busted pavement until my car hit that crater by the front gate again.

Our roads need repair. And we need corporate to care about there tenants and they don't.
317 Applewood, Entrance 3 is a mess all together, and the patch work on the entirety of Applewood is awful.
And the street lights and drainage
Agreed! I’m on Gardenwood.
Expanding is NOT what is needed here right now.
Fix our roads, fix the flooding issues, and do more to keep people safe.
