We wish to draw your attention towards the poor maintenance of roads in our locality which have not been reconstructed for decades. There are pits and ditches on the roads everywhere. Surrounding streets have been reconstructed, while Darling, Mattison, Waddell Streets and a portion of Schuman Place have been excluded. Most recently Forest and East Carl Avenues were repaved and again we were excluded. The condition of the road becomes worst during inclement weather. Over the years it has been micropaved and overlayed, it is now beyond that and needs reconstructing. Calls over the last 5 years to obtain such services have fallen on deaf ears. We are concerned, tax paying residents that take pride in our neighborhood, and are deserving of all county maintenance services. Therefore the undersigned are requesting to be put on the 2020 calendar for street paving services of this 3-block radius of our North Baldwin community.
