I request the court to order the owners of vicious dog at 7651 Doe View Dr. to be euthanized or permanently removed from the address and Running Deer neighborhood. This dog has attacked and bitten the same golden retriever three times in past three years, bitten a child in the buttocks, broke loose and ran into the Johnson's yard at 7652 Doe View Dr, frightening the owners and their 4 small grandchildren. The dog is staked in the front yard and this corner lot is pick up and drop off for Lakota bus service. Parents are fearful to let their children stand at the bus stop. They are kept in cars and picked up at end of day and not permitted to walk home.

The owner was charged by the dog warden and if you are interested in attending the hearing and giving a personal testimony, you are strongly encouraged to attend.  Court is in Area III court, Dec. 11, 8 am.  This court is near the West Chester Police Department.

This is OUR chance as a neighborhood to be heard and convince the judge to remove this animal once and for all!

ive been getting so many messages from neighbors who are too scared to let their kids even walk to the bus stop anymore. i am heading to the courthouse to talk with officials about how this keeps happening and i will keep you all posted on what they say.

the amount of people stepping up to back this shows just how much our neighborhood needs to be safe again. seeing this momentum grow gives me so much confidence for the upcoming hearing. lets keep pushing until we get that judge to listen.

I wont let my daughter wait for the bus alone anymore because of that dog. Its not fair that we have to live in fear on our own street. FIX THIS.

My kids walk right by that house everyday. It is terrifying knowing that thing is sitting there waiting to snap. Something needs to happen before someone gets seriously hurt.

3 times?? That dog is a menace. Get it out of the neighborhood already.
