As responsible members of the Vijaybhoomi community, we firmly believe that the campus environment must reflect respect, safety, and accountability at all times. Unfortunately, the current Male Warden has failed to uphold these standards.

He's totally disrespectful, takes everything on ego, makes the rules on the stop, screams and literally does "dadagiri" to students.
• No food allowed in rooms, in a campus which is so isolated that good yum food is scarce • He talks very rudely to students, for he was appointed to improve their QOL and not ruin it • Doesn't even empathize with the students and think from their POV, how can he work for our well-being then?
He is a very Unprofessional guy , combines his grudges as a person and pep instructor to his duty as a warden (personally experienced these grudges twice) . Also never understands the core problem whenever addressed to him and mocks students for no reason. Talks very unprofessionally and rudely to students.
request the removal of the current warden whose strict and harsh rules have turned our peaceful campus into a jail-like environment. We demand a wildcard entry for the former warden, who managed with understanding and created a healthy atmosphere for students.

He doesn't know how a warden has to behave with the students, unnecessary changeing handbook rules everyday which should not be done and there are alot of complaints so that's the reason we don't want him as a warden.
