Judge Martha Snow continues to protect an abuser while an innocent mother rots in jail. I am currently working to get this case directly in front of the Judicial Tenure Commission because her conduct is a disgrace to the entire court system.

The message is finally breaking through the silence surrounding Judge Snow and her corrupt court. People are waking up to the fact that this institution protects predators while it punishes mothers for doing the right thing.

She has done the same thing to my nephew. She needs to be taken out of the courtroom.
Unfortunately, I have encountered this judge. Not only did she place me back in harm's way with ex husband, but she has no interest in protecting anyone's children. Unfortunately, I have to face her again. She totally ignored the facts that my girls were being placed in harm's way. I had to file a police report and now it has to go to the prosecutor. God bless you Shannon! God is with you! Go to the media on this. I know I am.
I signed the petition for a number of reasons. The biggest being that my sons and I have been directly hurt by this woman judge Martha Snow. I also read the comments and realized that I wasn't the only one hurt. She has destroyed many lives. I protected my children too and it will forever haunt me. I would really like to help in any way possible. I have already sent the petition to everyone I know and I will be asking co workers to sign as well. She really needs to get out of there. Hand cuffs would be nice. She's definitely making the 3rd cc look bad.
This judge is incompetent. Haven't seen my grandsons in years. She is not a family judge. She didn't even know the case laws presented to her.
From what I saw in the court room she is not fit to be a family judge. She isn't a parent she has little experience with children and shouldn't be allowed to make decisions involving them. She left my nephews in the custody of an pedophile that was no relation to them and there was literally no reason to keep them from my sister.

The only reason I found this petition was because I was researching previous complaints against Martha Snow, due to watching her massacre several separate cases, and found all of these. There is zero excuse for allowing her to continue overstepping her bounds, blatantly ignoring evidence and even contradicting herself in court. She is biased and careless in her actions and behaviour, and has no place working with the family courts on ANY level. I pray her removal is as swift, painful and chaotic as the rulings she makes against these families at Wayne County FOC. Its nothjg less than she deserves.
