Petition to Remove Board Member
We, the unit owners of Cameo Towers, formally request the immediate
resignation of the Cameo Towers Condominium Association (CTCA) Board
President, Ms. Murray.
Documents presented to Ms. Murray, the Board of Directors, and the
association's attorney refute Ms. Murray’s ownership status at the time of her
claimed election to the Board of Directors. These documents, which are
publicly available through the Recorder of Deeds and/or Secretary of State,
raise significant concerns. Despite being given multiple opportunities to
address the matter or provide evidence to correct the public record, Ms.
Murray has failed to respond. Furthermore, requests for Board meeting
minutes and other relevant documents have not been fulfilled.
We, the Owners/Members of CTCA, believe Ms. Murray has violated multiple
by-laws and breached her fiduciary duty. To avoid burdening the association
with unnecessary legal costs, we seek her resignation as the most
appropriate resolution.
Undersigned in agreement of this Petition to Remove Board Member.

Unit 402 here. Enough is enough. We deserve to know who is actually running this place and following the rules like everyone else.
We need transparency and a president that keeps us informed.
