The slates are an ugly site and unhygenic, emaar never cleans them and they were never included in the original plans when we were sold the property. It is an unnecessary obstruction and destroys the look of the building rather than enchanting it.
This is really blocking the view. Always supper dirty, never cleaned and birds poo on it constantly.
Id these are not bringing any value what's the point?

Its an eye sore for residents of the apartment who have to keep their curtains on all the time and miss out on the Park view they could have had
