The problem with someone like Comeagain is that he is a habitual offender, and releasing him into the community on a 10-year strict supervision order in which he has to abide by 43 conditions which includes; not possessing or using any prohibited drug or alcohol, abide by a curfew, be subject to electronic monitoring and have no contact with anyone under 16 unless approved by those supervising him. IM PRETTY SURE THE MANDURAH FORUM WHILE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ARE ON THERE WILL BE UNDER 16s OR WAS HE BEING 'SUPERVISED' WHILE THERE TODAY?? Let's be honest here, he's living in a not so big town with a GPS bracelet around his ankle. Big deal. All that does is tell you where he is, where he's been. It does NOT protect the women & children in the town in which he lives.

Send them all to a town in the middle of the desert, build shops etc and fence it off like a jail. That way they can be with their own kind. As a victim of a sick person like him I think Australia's penalties are far too lenient. Get him out of Mandurah along with all other convicted pedophiles. It's time we be same more like America with our justice system. Only 1/100 rapists are actually prosecuted and spend little or no time in prison. It's time for a huge change.

There are 8 schools alone in a 5km radius in Erskine, and 19 all up in the Mandurah area! What are the authorities thinking? Shame on you! He needs to be moved.

So who is held accountable when he reoffends? It is time the judicial system hold accountability when they release these violent re-offenders back into the community......Who is going to explain to his next victim why he was released this time?????

We need to pressure our politicians. Why was he really released? Real reasons. Is it the financial pressure that locking these people up forever costs? If so then we should be putting new models on the table ie self sufficient prisons that have privileges based on performance just like the rest of us. He should work for his B&B, or go without the bacon. I can think of no other reason to release someone with his record, but if there is, then that should be on the table for discussion too. Reality is, moving him on just creates victims elsewhere, we need to change our system to protect the public not the perpetrator. There's no second chances at a normal life for his victims...

Comeagain was jailed in 1999 for a sexually assaulting a nine-year-old girl as well as two women, whose homes he broke into in 1999. The offences against the young girl were committed less than seven months after he was GRANTED PAROLE from a previous offence. The crimes against the two women happened 34 days after he was next released. This RAPIST PAEDOPHILE should not be on our streets. No detention order is going to stop this animal.

I helped stop a juvenile detention centre get up only metres from my house in Geraldton 6 years ago and my inquires revealed that none of the high profile government officials or pollies live near these risks...surprise surprise and it went down like a lead balloon when I made it public.
