Deputy Chief Ttut has been a problem within the group for a while now. He has made homophobic comments, insulted other religious beliefs, and even portrayed himself as a stereotypical Indian. He believes he is above all others and does not need to follow any rules or communicate with staff. He does not fit the responsibilities needed to be a Deputy Chief.
Acting Deputy Chief Jacob is resigning due to the lack of disciplinary action taken against ttut after numerous reports of various complaints. Other Winnipeg command members and the general population have expressed the same.
This petition is to relieve him from his duties.

The volume of support has secured us a formal meeting with the oversight board to present the documented complaints. Legal counsel is finalizing the submission of these files to ensure the investigation proceeds according to department policy.

Hate speech shouldn’t be tolerated in the community who welcomes everyone. This is absolutely disgusting
As a Christian. We should love everyone and shall not show hate to anyone. This is very unacceptable and very racist.
What DCoP ttuut did was wrong, he offended me by saying that “LGBTQ Members go to hell.” He also offended the muslim community. He is violating several rules within the Winnipeg Police Service. This is unacceptable. ProtectThePeace.
this was totally wrong of him, it should've never came out of him and he should've known about the tos changes as it was announced formerly therefore I'm supporting this
After seeing the evidence sent by burritoishere, I don't like ttuut5 as Deputy Chief anymore. I expected him to be a good deputy chief.

i used to know ttuut5 from another community called New York City by kinkocat when I played on another account, but after reading this petition and looking at the evidence listed, even though I am not in Winnipeg, and do not particularly like the community, the evidence is just enough to get me to sign this, anyone who acts like that while in such a high ranking position in a community should not hold their position any longer.
