He is an educated man with accounting degree, clean criminal record and strong faith in God.He has turned in all necessary documents to ICE and gives his word to comply with all ICE requirements upon release including but not limited to attending all court hearings whatever it takes to complete his legal status in the USA.

ICE has not responded to our inquiries yet but silence does not mean we stop pushing. Email the Oakdale facility today to demand they look at the facts of his case. Text three people the link to this page and tell them why the family needs him home.

Crystal and Yadriel have a beautiful family and ties to their family in the community. Preventing him from being with his family, and delaying his right to have his case heard is unjust and cruel. Please review his case. I believe you will find a college educated man, with the same hopes and dreams as any family man in America. Give him a chance to show he is an asset to the local citizenship.
Please release him! I have gotten the chance to get to meet him and know him. His love for his family is all he has. He just wants to take care of his wife and the kids. Crystal is an amazing woman who deserves her family together.
Crystal is more than trusting. She is a very well know person in our community and would make sure things where done the right way!
Crystal, her husband and children are good God fearing people. They deserve to be together. I've known Crystal for 10 + years. She is a good mother who deserves to be happy. Please allow her husband to come home.
