We, the undersigned, demand the immediate release of Olman Steven Torres Rojas from ICE custody. Steven is a hardworking, devoted father and husband. He has three young children at home, including one-year-old twins. He is a small business owner of a roofing company (TRC Contracting LLC).
On November 5, 2025, while at his job site in Buffalo, New York, ICE showed up and took him into custody. Steven has been in the United States for eight years. He has a work permit. He is married to an American citizen and his children are American citizens. His family depends on Steven’s care, affection and income.
His detention is causing tremendous hardship on his wife and children.

Please release this man. He is a loving father, a hardworking man, and a respected member of our community. His family needs him home. We ask for compassion, humanity, and justice — families belong together.
There is no reason to keep Mr Torres Rojas in custody. He is a law abiding citizen, business owner who has a work permit, is married to an American Citizen and has three children who are American citizens. We demand the immediate release of Mr. Torres Rojas from ICE custody.,
My family love and cherish Steven. He is a wonderful loving hardworking Family Man. There is nothing more important than having a Father present in his childrens life such as being a provider of not only financials but of Love, guidance and protection to them and the house hold. PLEASE RELEASE OLMAN STEVEN!
Steven is a good man just trying to do the right thing and build a family and contribute to his community and this country ... I have know him for several years and I can't say enough good things about him
We need my husband home my kids deserve to have their father at home and not visiting him in a detention center

Trump said he was going after criminals. Mr. Rojas is here legally, owns a business, pays taxes, has a family. HE is not a criminal. What IS criminal is how this administration is violating due process. Mr. Rojas needs to be released immediately to be with is wife and children. all of whom are American citizens.
