We, the undersigned, petition the USCIS judge to allow father and husband, Leonardo Feuermann (A-207042898) to continue to reside in the United States. We understand the charges brought up by ICE and we disagree as to Leonardo's character. We believe him to be honorable, kind, respectful and not a danger to society. We respectly ask that he be allowed to continue to care for his wife and mother-in-law and parent his eight year old son in the United States.

The bureaucrats at USCIS think they can just rip a father away from his son and keep the public in the dark. We are working behind the scenes to force them to acknowledge the life Leonardo has built here and the family that depends on him. Their silence is a calculated insult but we are not going anywhere.

Leonardo sempre foi um excelente filho, não bebe, não fuma e nem se envolveu com droga. Foi criado na Igreja Assembleia de Deus. É muito trabalhador desde jovem. Excelente marido e pai. Sempre tem um círculo de amizade muito bom e querido por todos. Uma das razões que gostaria do meu filho ficasse nos EUA . Devido que ele tem uma família sua esposa e seu filho.se ele voltar não verá sua anda esposa e seu filho que ele ama muito..Quem gostaria de ver um pai separado do filho?Atenda uma súplica de uma mãe que ama seu filho.Obrigada
My daughter is in the Philippines, I'm trying to get her to the US. I know what this family it's going through. Please allow this family to remain together.
Release Leo and allow him to come home to his sweet wife and adorable son. He is and has been in this country legally for the last 19 years. The law should be followed.
We think these are two special people that don't need this in their lives. They are good Christian couple. we love them very much. They are very good to their son . We are praying for them everyday. Ben & Carmen Ayers

Leonardo !!! É um pai maravilhoso e um marido exemplar . Um rapaz com princípios e valores de família . Trabalhador sem vícios... Não bebe, não fuma , não é usuário de drogas que e nunca se meteu em brigas... Não tem nada que o desabone ou que venha prejudicar á quem quer que seja !!! Por tanto tenho certeza que ele está qualificado para conviver nós com os cidadãos americanos ... Inclusive !!! Ele trabalha para muitos cidadãos americanos dos quais estão dando seus depoimentos à favor dele .
