We, the undersigned, demand the immediate release of Olman Steven Torres Rojas from ICE custody. Steven is a hardworking, devoted father and husband. He has three young children at home, including one-year-old twins. He is a small business owner of a roofing company (TRC Contracting LLC).

On November 5, 2025, while at his job site in Buffalo, New York, ICE showed up and took him into custody. Steven has been in the United States for eight years. He has a work permit. He is married to an American citizen and his children are American citizens. His family depends on Steven’s care, affection and income.

His detention is causing tremendous hardship on his wife and children.
