We are asking for support to bring Steve Flores home and stop his deportation so he can be reunited with his family.
Steve Flores has been held in multiple immigration detention facilities since July 10, 2026. Since then, his family has been suffering tremendously without him. The people who know Steve know how much he means to those around him. He is a devoted husband and father, an active member of our community, and a hardworking provider.
Steve has been in the US since 2004. We have been happily married since 2010. We purchased our first home in 2012 after starting our family. He has built a business, Wall To Wall Installations LLC, since 2014.
Our children and family are deeply rooted in our community, with strong ties in local sports and rec programs. Our son, Dylan, has Autism and relies on the stability and care only a dedicated father like Steve can provide. Dylan has been and will continue to suffer exceptional hardships without his father.
Steve is also a significant support to my father, Terry McGhee, a retired NYPD Detective who was catastrophically injured in 2008.
Steve has raised three kind, beautiful, compassionate, and smart children. Ava has been an honor roll student, athlete, valedictorian, and now attends the prestigious high school M.A.S.T. Ava has been inspired by her father's admiration of the armed forces and experience in military school as a young boy. She plans on joining the military and serving our country one day!
Dylan is an artist who plans on making his own movie some day. Dylan has made significant progress over the years because of Steve's patient, nurturing, and compassionate parenting. Olivia is a daddy's girl. She's a model student, in the gifted and talented program at her school, a soccer player, and aspires to be a successful lawyer one day.
Detention and the threat of deportation tear families apart and leave loved ones carrying a heavy burden every day. No family should have to face that pain when what they need most is to stay together and keep building a life in their community.
We are asking everyone to please sign this petition in support of Steve and the effort to reunite our family. Your support matters, and it gives us hope during this difficult time.

Steve Flores is one of the most loyal, hardworking, intelligent, talented, selfless, caring, trustworthy, giving, compassionate, committed, devoted and loving Family- Man I know. It is heartbreaking not having him home especially (mostly) with his wife and children. It is wholeheartedly heartbreaking witnessing the sadness they feel and endure every day without him not being home. This family is hurting financially-emotionally and mentally without his presence. PLEASE BRING STEVE FLORES HOME!
