I can personally attest to Nick's mental/psychological coherence and have learned alot from him over the last couple of years. Forcibly holding him is unlawful.
This whole thing is messed up. I have worked with Nick and he is totally fine. Let him go home already!

I love Nicholas, this just seems shady on so many levels though. They wouldn't do anything over a 72 hour hold post psych eval unless he was danger to himself or anyone around him. I don't really understand the whole thousand dollar business.. That should not apply.
He is no harm to society let him out.

I am a mom and I have know Nick for years... Nick is an wonderful man.. He should not be in there at all.
