I can personally attest to Nick's mental/psychological coherence and have learned alot from him over the last couple of years. Forcibly holding him is unlawful.

I love Nicholas, this just seems shady on so many levels though. They wouldn't do anything over a 72 hour hold post psych eval unless he was danger to himself or anyone around him. I don't really understand the whole thousand dollar business.. That should not apply.
