We demand that management adhere to its statutory obligations without any further attempts to unilaterally impose restrictive or unlawful policies. The introduction of this new policy directly undermines the legal principles of equity, fairness, and adherence to statutory law. It is our strong position that any policy or action that seeks to limit field workers’ lawful right to claim payment for overtime infringes upon their rights and sets a dangerous precedent.
