The ban of tiktok ultimately violates our Constitutionals 1st Amendment. The First Amendment guarantees freedoms concerning religion, expression, assembly, and the right to petition. It forbids Congress from both promoting one religion over others and also restricting an individual’s religious practices. It guarantees freedom of expression by prohibiting Congress from restricting the press or the rights of individuals to speak freely. It also guarantees the right of citizens to assemble peaceably and to petition their government.

If the ban of tiktok takes place and violates our freedom of expression, it removes us from being able to express ourselves as humans on every level. Congresses' concern is that China is taking our information and using it when ANYONE who downloaded and has signed up agreed to the terms and conditions knowing what information is being used. Our own government takes our information without us knowing and uses it as they see fit.

Action is required now to save TikTok in the United States as its platform has become Number 1 worldwide for being able to share creative content as well as important information that the controlled media does not share. Our own personal platforms have been affected by the control of shadow banning as well as accounts being removed for expressing our RELIGIOUS practices as well as our rights to EXPRESSIONS. Ever since Spiritual practices have taken over the app, Congress is more affraid now more then ever because the are losing control over the people they instilled fear upon for so long. They will do anything possible to regain control. Even if that includes violating The People's First Amendment. We now choose to stand together and fight back against Congress as One Consciousness.
