The purpose of this petition is to reinstate Dr. Thanh Lill as chief resident. Thanh made a mistake, but none of us are perfect. She has done an excellent job as chief resident thus far, and based on her exceptional contributions, leadership, and dedication to this role, she should be reinstated.
