Eric has only been excellent for Marti and I. Hardworking, ethical and kind. He has displayed to us no valid reason to be dismissed.
For years Eric has been the face of FHCC. Always a friendly face to greet and take care of all of us practically 24/7. I can’t imagine you find a more dedicated employee. We need to bring him back but I doubt it that he would want to return after this fiasco.
Mr Eric Chang has been most friendly and welcoming whenever I get to play golf, eat at the club. Been an equity member for over 20 years and almost left few years ago for it not been Eric’s kind words. Eric has made the club a friendly place for me and my family. Please rescind the firing. Big mistake to let Eric go. He was the reason the club increased membership to capacity, worked tirelessly to make guests feel welcome, and was a critical face of the club. Please bring him back. The club won’t be the same without him. This seems personal, not based on the club’s best interests.
This seems quite extreme and marks the second time a beloved employee is abruptly released- can we know why? For an individual who was the heart and soul of this club, and likely recruited most its members, FHCC owes him gratitude and a fair chance. Bring Eric back.
I want to support the petition
From the time Eric has been employed by FHCC he has in my opinion done an excellent job not only with increasing the membership to well over 600 total members Eric has spent hours promoting and circulating with the membership to the tune of spending 80 hours a week on Club property. This in itself does not discount how affable he has been with each member over his tenure. Eric was a very good member during the 1990's great personality, total commitment to FHCC and its well being. I don't know all of the circumstances , however with all of the aforementioned taken into consideration Eric does not deserve the "death penalty" unless he had been counseled on his behavior while representing FHCC

Eric is the glue that holds the members together The kids at camp love him And so do we !! And why is everyone being fired suddenly and we don’t know what happened They just disappear!
