The school board is finally scrambling because they see how many of us won't back down. This momentum proves that the administration cannot keep hiding from the truth about Coach Bailey.

Beth Bailey is the backbone of waterpolo in SW Florida. She has got this fledgling sport going in one school, which has done really well. How can you fire her? All 3 of my kids have been coached by Beth and she is so inclusive and helpful. She goes out of her way to make players feel special, and she plays everyone on the team, not just the star players.
I am new to water polo, but in watching the kids seem to be well coached . If claims against Coach is not true; I would think it would be a disgrace to let the coach go. It will be a major loss to the program.
Beth Bailey has had a huge influence on my life, inside and outside of the pool, be it helping to connect with college coaches or simply giving tips on how to correct a technique. She is incredibly devoted to the growth and development of waterpolo in South West Florida and it would be a terrible waste to lose someone like this over a petty dispute.
Coach Bailey has been such an inspiration to us players and so much more than just a coach. She made the team into the amazing, fun, water-polo loving group of people that it is today. The team would not be the same without coach Bailey, it would be a devastating loss.
This is unbelievable. I have known Coach Bailey just about her entire life. She has always been an incredible, responsible, dedicated person who works hard at all she does. I’ve seen her coach at VHS and was extremely impressed at her enthusiasm and professionalism.
I have known Beth Bailey since she was a young girl in High School. There is NO DOUBT that I side with her on this issue. She comes from great involved parents who were heavily interested in the correct upbringing of Beth. I believe Beth does the same with her children. I think the Water Polo Team would be well served to reinstate her and let her mold today's youth the best way possible. The Water Polo Team is LUCKY to have her... Reinstate her and let GOOD PREVAIL!!!
Since the complaints have been dis-created, Coach Bailey should be allowed to continue her work to the benefit of all the athletes.

As a coach for 20 years I have not seen a better positive influence on our youth of today.
