I have known Beth Bailey since she was a young girl in High School. There is NO DOUBT that I side with her on this issue. She comes from great involved parents who were heavily interested in the correct upbringing of Beth. I believe Beth does the same with her children. I think the Water Polo Team would be well served to reinstate her and let her mold today's youth the best way possible. The Water Polo Team is LUCKY to have her... Reinstate her and let GOOD PREVAIL!!!

I have known Beth Bailey since she moved to this area several years ago. Everything she has done has been aimed at helping girls and young women in academic and athletic endeavors. She has achieved success and knows what it takes to get there. If there are stumbles along the they way that have annoyed someone in the program, I would bet a great deal that they are fixable and insignificant relative to the positive effects of this new and wholesome water polo program. VHS has a history of working things out for the good of the teams, and retaining Ms. Bailey in this program would be an excellent step forward.

Beth Bailey is the backbone of waterpolo in SW Florida. She has got this fledgling sport going in one school, which has done really well. How can you fire her? All 3 of my kids have been coached by Beth and she is so inclusive and helpful. She goes out of her way to make players feel special, and she plays everyone on the team, not just the star players.

I am new to water polo, but in watching the kids seem to be well coached . If claims against Coach is not true; I would think it would be a disgrace to let the coach go. It will be a major loss to the program.

The purpose of this petition is to request Coach Bailey be reinstated as the VHS Water Polo Coach.
the reasons for this request are numerous:
Coach Bailey has been a positive influence on the sport t VHS.
Issues that arose last year were dealt with and resolved. Issue is certain parents do not like the outcome and are continuing to complain.
Coach Bailey is and inspiration and positive influence on the team.
Please reconsider reinstating her to the benefit of all.

Coach Bailey is heart of the Venice girls volleyball team. Without her efforts to organize matches, travel, and awards recognition activities as well as bringing the sport to the attention of the public, there would be no girls volleyball at Venice. I find it hard to believe that the Sarasota school district would not reinstate her to her coaching duties.

Beth Bailey has had a huge influence on my life, inside and outside of the pool, be it helping to connect with college coaches or simply giving tips on how to correct a technique. She is incredibly devoted to the growth and development of waterpolo in South West Florida and it would be a terrible waste to lose someone like this over a petty dispute.

Success in life takes hard work, determination, dedication, commitment, and a winning attitude. Beth is a winner- let her to continue to lead by example for these girls who need a positive role model in a sport dominated by male influence. It would be a shameful act to discover that personal interests dictated the outcome of sooo many young impressionable girls that have found success under Beth's leadership. Be rational- not emotional, and work with Beth to have an outcome that is best for the program and these girls future.
